Now we are able to offer competitively priced vaccines online. We want to help you meet your needs and provide you with a quality product. Also, we believe keeping money local is beneficial for our community.
Below you will find a link to an online order form. Simply fill out the form and click the "e-mail form" button at the top of the page to place your order. Send to the e-mail address: orders@bllac.com. If your e-mail program does not automatically open when you hit the "e-mail form" button, save the form to your computer and attach it to your e-mail program.
You may also call in your order or print the form then fax (269-441-5435) or mail it to us. We are happy to serve you with whichever method works best for you.
Please be aware of the following before placing an order:
·Vaccine prices are for single doses, 5 doses and 10 dose tanks. The 10 dose tanks are the best deal. ·Please indicate the quantity needed of each vaccine. ·Vaccines are from a variety of manufacturers. ·Please note if you would like a different manufacturer. The prices will vary between vaccine manufacturers. ·Vaccine will be shipped when payment is received. We accept credit card via phone, check or cash.
