Our digital radiography system is capable of capturing superior quality radiographs (x-rays). Our system allows us to manipulate image contrast to improve image quality. We can also manipulate and magnify images to localize a specific area of interest. Using our digital x-ray machine, we can visualize even small changes that could have huge implications for the horse. These properties lead to increased diagnostic capabilities for the veterinarian.
Digital radiographs of your horse can be taken in the clinic or on your farm. We are able to visualize and interpret the radiographs as they are taken. This allows us to implement a treatment plan for the horse right away.Another benefit of this system is our ability to duplicate your horses’ images. We are able to give you a compact disc with a copy of the films. We are also able to email images.
In addition, we also provide conventional radiography. We have portable units that are routinely used in the field by our veterinarians.
